From the breakfast buffet to dinner, the kitchen of the Hotel Metropol restaurant will delight the taste buds of even the most demanding of guests with Italian dishes and typical local specialties from the Romagna culinary tradition.
We are talking about homemade cakes and pasta that are typical of the Romagna culture like passatelli and strozzapreti, which we only make with simple extra fresh ingredients according to tradition. Let us not forget the delicious Romagna piadina (unleavened bread) to eat with local dop cold cuts and cheese.
The buffet breakfast comprises many kinds of cakes or you can choose an “international” breakfast with cold cuts and cheese for instance. For lunch and dinner the a la carte menu allows guests to choose from the many dishes made by the chef, from first courses to meat and fish dishes or vegetarian dishes.
We only serve local seasonal products to ensure a quality of service that will satisfy even the most sophisticated taste buds! Upon request the chef (please specify when you book or arrive at the hotel) makes dishes for people with special nutritional needs and for children.
